We are all spiritual beings with souls living out our earthly lives in physical vessels. As a follower of Jesus’ life and teachings for the majority of my life and Christian seminary graduate, I have explored and studied a variety of Christian spiritual topics that I hope you will find spiritually nourishing and intriguing!

Since my childhood I’ve lived a healthy, active, fitness geared life; all thanks to my incredible parents. From playing many sports all throughout my life, my experience as a division one college football player, and featured on nationally televised obstacle course competitions, I’ve gained valuable tips and wisdom when it comes to living your best healthy life! I hope you will find benefits from this content!

To the Greatest Mom in the World:
On December 2nd, 2019, my dearest mother passed-away from a 3 1/2 year battle with cancer. While she is not here physically, her legacy lives on powerfully and inspires me daily.
The soul never dies. We will see her again soon.
